Vacation Bible School at Norcross Cooperative Ministry was such a blessing in 2008.  We served many, many children who would not have a chance to attend a program like this: about 35 on Monday, 40 on Tuesday, and 25 on Wednesday.  There were so many beautiful things happening: the children playing a wildly funny outdoor game with a parachute and stuffed frogs; children later sitting on top of that same parachute softly singing “God loves me, alleluia;” enough snow cones for everyone on a hot summer night; crafts and more crafts, with our wonderful teens serving as able assistants; fun snacks (like cookies) and nutritious snacks (like fresh fruit); and telling Bible stories to children – some of whom have not heard of the Bible.  Plus, we have had some of our PCCC kids come too!
