Each year the church sells pumpkins to benefit community charities.  For the past few years, participants in the Hands On Atlanta weekend have come to help us unload.  We couldn't do it without them!

Backing the truck into place.
An empty expanse of grass - ready for pumpkins!
First step is to unload the little ones.
And Place them artistically around the tent.
We call these "mini's"
And we've got a lot of them.
The we slide the pallets of mid sized pumpkins.
Into a pickup and out into the field.
Next we start on the BIG pumpkins.
Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters (channel 5) came to film the event.
AIB shot it from all angles.
Pickups relay the pumpkins into the yard.
Where the volunteers unload.
A human chain passes pumpkins.
Into the pickup trucks.
Pastor Kathy McDowell gets interviewed on TV.
Sorting out the Indian Corn.
Still unloading.
A really long human chain.

"Man this thing is big!"
But it's gonna look great!
The Entire Crew - next to a field ready to sell!
